1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the wl777 website accessible at wl777.one, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any other digital service operated by wl777.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you upon completion of the wl777 registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real money funds held in your wl777 Account at any given time, expressed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free spins converted to cash, or matched deposit bonuses credited to your Account that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Sporting Event" means any cricket match, PSL fixture, football game, UFC bout, kabaddi contest, tennis match, or other sports event on which wl777 offers betting markets.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot title, live dealer table, crash game, or other electronic gaming product available on the wl777 Platform.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process conducted by wl777, which may require submission of a valid CNIC, proof of address, or payment method verification.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the wl777 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the wl777 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings between you and wl777. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and any promotional material, offer communication, or customer support communication, this Agreement shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by wl777.

wl777 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time without prior notice. The version of the Agreement in force at the time of any dispute shall govern that dispute. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with wl777, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended, or restricted by wl777 for breach of these Terms;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by wl777 or any affiliated gambling regulatory body;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of wl777, or an immediate family member of any such person.

wl777 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any Account holder at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by wl777 may result in suspension of your Account and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

4 Account Registration & Security

To access the betting and casino services on wl777, you must complete the registration process by providing a valid Pakistani mobile number, a unique password, and any other information requested. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the wl777 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any OTP codes;
• All activities, bets, and transactions carried out under your Account;
• Notifying wl777 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

wl777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these Account security obligations. wl777 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP for additional protection.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

wl777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform, which include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Raast QR / 1LINK, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless using the USDT option.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. wl777 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500;
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have been used for deposits into the same Account, unless otherwise approved by wl777 following KYC review;
• Pending withdrawals may be placed on hold pending completion of KYC verification;
• wl777 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for withdrawals exceeding PKR 50,000;
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically complete within 15 minutes; bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

wl777 offers various promotional programmes including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, PSL betting promotions, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only. wl777 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole discretion;
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated as wager-free. The standard wagering requirement is 30× the bonus amount unless otherwise specified;
• Bonuses must be used within the stated expiry period. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated;
• Certain game categories (e.g. live dealer tables, certain slots) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements;
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus remains subject to wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the previous bonus;
• wl777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, exploitation of technical errors, or in breach of these Terms will be cancelled and any winnings derived from such bonuses will be forfeited.

7 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on wl777, including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, kabaddi, and tennis markets, are subject to the following rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation of your bet. The odds displayed on your confirmed bet slip are final;
• wl777 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the official start of a Sporting Event unless in-play betting is explicitly enabled for that market;
• In the event of a suspended or abandoned Sporting Event, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules of the relevant sport as determined by the official governing body;
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits are communicated within the betting interface and may vary by event, market type, and Account standing;
• wl777 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse bets at any time, without the obligation to provide a reason;
• Where a result is determined by a governing body after initial settlement, wl777 reserves the right to re-settle affected bets accordingly.

8 Casino Games & RNG Certification

All casino games available on the wl777 Platform, including slot games, live dealer tables, crash games, and virtual table games, are provided by licensed third-party game developers. All games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are long-term theoretical values and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session. Past game results have no bearing on future outcomes. wl777 does not manipulate game outcomes and does not have access to individual game RNG sequences.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the affected round will be voided and any stake placed will be returned to your Balance. Winnings accumulated during a malfunction period will not be paid. wl777's decision in all technical malfunction cases is final.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wl777 Platform:

• Creating or using more than one Account (multi-accounting);
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to place bets, exploit odds, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating accounts for the purpose of collecting promotional offers, or engaging in patterns of play designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk (known as "bonus hunting" or "matched betting" using bonus funds);
• Money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the wl777 Platform;
• Engaging in any conduct that wl777 reasonably determines to be disruptive, abusive, threatening, or harmful to other Players, staff, or the integrity of the Platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the wl777 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, game assets, software, data compilations, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of wl777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the wl777 Platform without the prior written consent of wl777.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

wl777 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Responsible Gaming

wl777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes the well-being of its players seriously. The following tools and policies are in place to support responsible gaming:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings. These limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period before they can be increased;

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered thereon;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security;
• Any actions taken by wl777 in compliance with its legal or regulatory obligations;
• Any outcomes of betting or gaming activities on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wl777 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any service offered on the Platform.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wl777 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent wl777 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction it deems appropriate to protect its rights or the integrity of the Platform.
